All prescriptions issued through our service are generated following an online clinical consultation. Prescriptions are only issued where a qualified prescriber determines it is clinically appropriate and safe to do so.
You must complete all consultation questions truthfully. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of your account and could pose serious risks to your health. We retain the right to refuse or cancel a prescription at any time if we have clinical or safety concerns.
Prescriptions issued are for your personal use only and must not be shared with or used by any other person.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. You will always be shown the current price before completing your purchase. Payment details are processed securely and are never stored on our servers.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery times thereafter are subject to the courier service used.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging to protect your privacy.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund in accordance with UK medicines legislation and patient safety guidelines.
If you believe your medication has arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with our complaints procedure.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once a clinical review has been completed, regardless of whether a prescription was issued.
Our services do not replace your regular GP or primary healthcare provider. We strongly encourage you to inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
